I have a typical pear shaped body. Nice medium size breasts, a waist with a round stomach, and a nice big behind. You can read a lot about what clothes suits your body. And it is a good idea to read about that and try some things out. But in the end, wear what makes you feel good. I do.
I still try to exercise and strengthen my body a couple times a week. But I hate it. I try not to hate exercise, because I have realised that the older you get, the more your body need exercise. So I try to see it as something I need to do. For my health. For my wellbeing. And I do feel good after a workout. I have considered trying some fun exercise like Burlesque dancing or pole dancing. You never know what is out there, unless you try.
I still try out new things. Sometimes you need to go outside your comfort zone. You might learn something new. But first and foremost I have learned to love my body the way it is. It will never be perfect. And I do not always love it, but I try to. I know it is not easy, especially when you have 10-15 kilos to much. But seriously do I want to use my life hating my body. No! So I try to love my body everyday. Even when it is hard. Enjoy and embrace your body. You are unique, the way you are. You are beautiful the way you are. You are a goddess.
